Guests arrive in Turin and are welcomed with a private transfer to their accommodation, a five-star property ideally located for exploring the city’s rich cultural and gastronomic offerings.

After settling in, guests are free to enjoy the afternoon at their leisure, whether strolling through elegant boulevards, visiting local boutiques, or savoring an aperitivo in one of Turin’s storied cafés.

This all-inclusive weekend includes premium access to the ATP Finals in Turin with top-tier seats for both the semifinals and finals, VIP hospitality lounges, a private meet & greet with a tennis legend, and exclusive artisanal and culinary experiences including a private chocolate tasting, Lavazza coffee immersion, truffle-themed lunch in Alba, and private Barolo wine tasting. Also included are private chauffeur service for all scheduled activities and 24/7 support from bilingual GR8 hosts.
International airfare to and from Italy, travel insurance, hotel accommodations (unless otherwise arranged), hotel incidentals such as room service or minibar charges, optional activities not listed in the itinerary, and meals or beverages outside the program are not included.
Yes. A $3,000 single supplement fee applies for solo travelers wishing to secure a private room. Availability is limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
Hotel accommodations are not included by default in the experience price. However, we are happy to recommend and arrange premium lodging options in Turin based on your preferences and needs. Please inquire at the time of booking to customize your stay.
The experience begins and ends in Turin, Italy. Guests are responsible for their arrival in Turin. Private transfers are included for all scheduled activities. Alternatively, guests may fly into Milan Malpensa Airport (MXP), approximately 1.5–2 hours from Turin. GR8 can assist with transfers from Milan upon request.
This experience is limited to 30 guests to ensure a personalized, elevated atmosphere.
The itinerary includes light walking during tastings and guided visits, but no strenuous activity. Comfortable footwear is recommended.
Yes, most dietary restrictions and preferences can be accommodated. Please notify us in advance so we can coordinate with chefs and venues accordingly.
The experience is conducted in English. GR8 hosts and local guides are bilingual and available throughout the journey.
U.S. citizens do not need a visa for stays of up to 90 days in Italy. Passports should be valid for at least three months beyond your planned departure, though six months is recommended. Non-U.S. citizens should check with their local Italian consulate for entry requirements.
